1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Contractor Content Co.'s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Contractor Content Co. provides social media management services for contractors and service businesses. Our service allows you to send photos via text message, which we then turn into professional social media posts published to your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.

3. Account and Authorization

By using our service, you:

• Authorize us to post content on your behalf to your connected social media accounts
• Confirm you have the right to use any photos or content you send us
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts
• Agree to provide accurate business and contact information

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and content you send us. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and publish that content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license ends when you cancel your subscription and we delete your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates Facebook or Instagram's terms of service

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We will stop posting on your behalf and delete your stored content within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service depends on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram) that may experience outages or changes outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Contractor Content Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
